Student Inclusion Project

The Inclusion Project is intended to shed light on the history of STA’s diversity. This year we are gathering stories from former students who highlight the school’s rich and diverse history as a celebration of St. Teresa’s 150th Anniversary.

We define diversity not only as differences in race, but also ethnicity, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientation, religion, disabilities, living in different neighborhoods in the Greater Kansas City, Missouri area, etc. These stories will be presented in 2016 as part of STA's anniversary celebration.

If you are willing to share any stories about your unique high school experience or any meaningful memories about how encountering diversity at STA influenced your life, please contact us at, or by calling Michelle T. Johnson, our project facilitator, at 816-225-8153.
